As the founder of Piloting 2 Wellbeing and co-founder of The Aviation Health and Wellbeing Institute, Captain O’Shaughnessy leverages her extensive background to pioneer innovative approaches to pilot health and performance.
With a cumulative flight time of 10,000 hours on heavy jet aircraft including iconic models such as the B747, B727, Airbus 300/310, and Boeing 757/767, her hands-on experience speaks volumes about her proficiency.
